2010 Private Process Servers Fees for Plantation and surrounding areas

Standard Plantation Process Services, 5 Business days, Fees start at $75.00 per service, with one notarized Proof or Affidavit of Service Returned to your office.

Rush Plantation Process Services, within 2 Business days, Fees start at $150.00 per service, with one notarized Proof or Affidavit of Service Returned to your office.

Priority  Plantation Process Services, within 24 hours, Fees start at $250.00 per service, with one notarized Proof or Affidavit of Service Returned to your office.

All fees are for one service / defendant / witness . If you have a second service to be delivered or served at the same address the second service fee is $50.00.

Any additional services i.e., the 3rd service or more at the same address the multiple paper fee is $40.00

For example, if you have three services to be delivered and serviced (Standard Services) at the same address the fees will be as follows: 1st service, $95.00; 2nd service $95.00 and the 3rd service $40.00. The total cost for three services at the same address whereby you will receive three Notarized Proofs or Affidavits of Services returned to your office is $230.00.

If the above is not clear please call or email us. If the above is acceptable to you please send us your service documents along with your prepayment for the full amount due. In turn, we will contact you via email to confirm receipt of your service request and payment and activate your service request immediately. We can activate your service immediately! Contact us to arrange sending your documents via email or facsimile (slight copy fees apply).
